Forty Thieves Solitaire
Play Forty Thieves Solitaire online, Playnesta's two-deck patience with ten columns of four face-up cards. Build down in the same suit, move one card at a time, and fill eight foundations from Ace to King. The 64-card stock turns one card at a time and never redeals, so most deals are a genuine fight. Free in your browser, no download.

Ten columns of four face-up cards are dealt from two decks and the other 64 cards become the stock. Tap a card to place it, or drag it: a column accepts the card one rank below it in the same suit (a spade 7 goes on a spade 8, never on a red 8), and any single card may go on an empty column. Only the top card of a column is ever playable; there are no sequence moves, so a run of spades cannot be lifted as a block. Tap the stock to turn one card onto the waste; the waste top can go to a column or a foundation. Foundations take only the next rank of their own suit and are started by aces. There is no redeal: once the stock is empty it stays empty. Undo walks your moves back one at a time and Hint highlights a legal move. A deal that runs out of moves shows a No moves left bar; undo or deal a new board.

Objective: Move all 104 cards of two decks onto the eight foundations. Each foundation is bound to one suit and builds up from Ace to King, so there are two foundations per suit. Columns build down by rank in the same suit only, exactly one card moves at a time, and the 64-card stock turns one card at a time with no redeal. Win by filling all eight foundations. Controls: Tap or click a card to place it on its best legal target, or drag it onto a specific column or foundation. Tap the stock (top left of the board) to turn one card. Buttons: Undo, Hint, Rules, New. Add ?deal=12345 to the page URL to play and share a fixed deal; the deal number is shown under the title. Works with mouse and touch.

Source and license
Rules module written by Playnesta (MIT) on top of the unmodified engine from the MIT-licensed solitaire-collection by muzsor (commit 13ce580c). That pin ships klondike, spider, freecell, pyramid and tripeaks but no Forty Thieves, so the six shared core files (engine, renderer, card model, RNG, sound, stylesheet) ship byte-identical to the pinned commit and js/games/fortythieves.js is Playnesta-original, following the same Game contract as the upstream klondike module. The page shell, responsive stage fit, analytics bridge and touch shim are Playnesta-original. Cards are DOM elements and sounds are WebAudio synthesis, so no bitmap, audio or font asset is shipped. https://github.com/muzsor/solitaire-collection · MIT
