Play Crazy Eights
You and the Dealer each get 7 cards from one 52-card deck, and one card is flipped to start the discard pile. Tap a highlighted card in your hand to play it: it must match the suit or the rank of the discard top, and every 8 is wild — play it any time and pick the next suit from the four-button chooser. If nothing in your hand matches, tap the deck to draw one card at a time, and when the deck is empty and you still cannot play, press Pass. The Dealer plays by the classic priorities: dump its biggest card of the active suit, then a matching rank, then an 8 (declaring the suit it holds most). First player with an empty hand wins the round, and the other player's leftover cards score penalty points (8 = 50, 10/J/Q/K = 10, Ace = 1, pip cards face value) that carry across rounds. Add ?deal=12345 to the page URL to replay and share the exact same deal — the Dealer is deterministic, so the same number always plays out the same way.

On each turn, play one card that matches the suit or the rank of the card on top of the discard pile, or play any 8 as a wild card and declare the next suit. When you cannot play, draw from the deck until you can; pass only after the deck runs out. Controls: Tap or click a card in your hand to play it; playable cards lift up with a golden outline. Tap the deck to draw one card; the Pass button appears only when drawing is done and nothing can be played. Buttons: Rules, New match, Next round (when a round ends). Wild-8 suit choice is a four-button modal. Works with mouse and touch.

Source and license
Card model and PRNG (js/cards.js, js/rng.js) reused byte-identical from the MIT-licensed solitaire-collection by muzsor (commit 13ce580c, git blob SHAs verified). That pin ships no shedding game and every licensed full Crazy Eights implementation failed the procurement gates, so the rules engine (js/eights.js), the deterministic Dealer policy, the page shell, renderer, stylesheet, analytics bridge and touch shim are Playnesta-original (MIT). Crazy Eights is a traditional public-domain card game; UNO is a Mattel trademark and is referenced only as a label.
