Tap a cell, then tap a digit 1-9 (or type on the keyboard). Tap the same digit again or press Erase to clear. Undo, Restart and Hint (3 per puzzle) are available. A cage's digits must be distinct and sum to its clue; a cell that breaks a row, column, box or cage constraint is highlighted.

Objective: Fill every cell with 1-9 so each row, column and 3x3 box contains 1-9 exactly once, and the digits inside each cage are distinct and sum to the cage's clue. Each cage is outlined with a thick border and its sum is shown in its top-left cell. Controls: Mouse/touch: click/tap a cell, then a digit button. Keyboard: arrow keys to move, 1-9 to enter, Backspace/Delete/0 to clear, or click the on-screen pad.

Cage (Killer) Sudoku is a Playnesta-original implementation. The rules engine (engine.js: 9x9 sudoku validity plus cage-sum and cage-distinctness constraints), the puzzle library (puzzles.js: 9 frozen puzzles across 3 tiers, generated offline by outputs/gen-cage-sudoku/gen.js), the page shell (index.html), the stylesheet, the analytics bridge and the touch shim are all Playnesta-original and released under the MIT license (see LICENSE.txt in the package). No upstream code, artwork, audio, font or network asset is redistributed.
