Objective: Be the first player to form a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of four of your own discs. Players alternate dropping one disc into any of the seven columns; each disc falls to the lowest empty cell in that column. The first to connect four wins; if the board fills with no winner, the game is a draw. Controls: Mouse: click any cell in a column to drop a disc there. Touch: tap the same targets. Keyboard: arrow keys move focus between cells, Enter/Space drops. No drag required.

Source and license
Four in a Row is a Playnesta-hosted adaptation of the open-source connect-four game. Upstream repository: https://github.com/bryanbraun/connect-four, upstream commit ee62db41dc9b32a5e5ebf20b876809c9c3e0db6b, upstream license MIT, upstream attribution Copyright (c) Bryan Braun. Playnesta self-hosted the upstream HTML/JS/CSS byte-identical (vars.js, functions.js, accessibility.js), stripped the Google Fonts stylesheet link and the 'See the code' external link, renamed the game to 'Four in a Row' (Connect 4 is a Hasbro trademark; the slug avoids the brand), added a standalone analytics bridge, and a mobile touch shim. The upstream LICENSE.txt is included alongside this notice. Four in a Row is a generic descriptive term; no trademark claim is made. https://github.com/bryanbraun/connect-four · MIT
