One 52-card deck. 35 cards are dealt face up into 7 columns of 5; one more card starts the foundation (waste); the last 16 cards form the stock, which can be turned over one pass only.
Only the bottom card of each column — the one nearest you — can be moved.
Move it onto the foundation if its rank is one higher or one lower than the foundation top. Suits never matter.
Ace counts as both the lowest and the highest rank here, so a King and an Ace are neighbours.
When no card can be moved, turn one stock card onto the foundation and play on.
Clear all 35 tableau cards to win. The game ends when the stock is empty and nothing matches.
Scoring is golf scoring: one point for every card still on the tableau when the game ends. Fewer is better; clearing the board is a score of 0 (or less, one point off for every stock card you never used).
